Training Co-ordinator

Zenith Aviation Limited, a Sunday Times Best Company to work for are looking for a full-time Training Co-ordinator based at Biggin Hill airport.

  • Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Manager Crew Training (or in his absence, the designated deputy) in the day to day administration duties of training department
  • Act as the first point of contact for training enquires over the telephone, email and face to face
  • Schedule /monitor ongoing aircrew training
  • Liaise with clients, instructors, external training providers and other departments, as required
  • Prepare and distribute all Training Pack documentation
  • Manage the booking of any training events with external training providers
  • Maintain staff training records, both electronic and hard copies
  • Collate and record all costs relating to the training function

Experience/Requirements

  • Have accurate attention to detail and an ability to prioritise work load
  • Proficient knowledge of Office packages Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible with an ability to adapt to change quickly
  • Effective and positive interaction within a small team environment is essential
