Aircraft Technical Records Administrator

Due to our continuous growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Records Administrator to join Zenith Aviation, a Part 145 MRO based at Biggin Hill Airport.

We are looking for an individual who can be an integral part of a highly dedicated and self-motivated team. The ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work load effectively. This position will offer great career development opportunities to progress into Planning and/ or Project Management for the right candidate.  

 Main Responsibilities
  • Carry out review and Quality Check of all completed maintenance documentation on a daily basis and manage corrections with the technical staff to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Update CRS documents ready for aircraft release to service
  • To ensure Technical Records data is recorded clearly and accurately within a timely manner
  • Record work packs and return documentation to customer
  • Assisting with relevant documentation for maintenance inputs as required
  • Scanning and archiving of Aircraft Maintenance records
  • Communicate effectively with engineering and other departments in relation to technical records data
  • Comply with Company procedures to ensure Company and Authority Regulations are maintained
  • Previous MRO / Aircraft Maintenance environment experience in Planning or Tech Records
  • Use of CAFAM and CAMP an advantage
  • Proficient knowledge of Office packages Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Organisational skills / Multi-Tasking several projects
  • Ability to work with a team / working on own initiative whilst under pressure
  • Flexible with an ability to adapt to change quickly
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Effective and positive interaction within a small team environment is essential
